CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN 'FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 161-76
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that Resolution No. 161-76, adopted November 3, 1976,
entitled "A Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with the
San Mateo County Harbor District for Launching Ramps at Oyster Point
Marina and Approving a Procedure for Further Development" be and the
same hereby is rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a adjourned regular meeting held on the
lO~h day of November , 1976, by the following vote:
