A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR FIRE, HOSE,AND RELATED FITTINGS
that'
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2nd day of
November , 19 7--6, for
FIRE HOSE AND RELATED FITTINGS
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, ~-'.
R. Swan & Associates, San Francisco
for the bid price of SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND
($ 6,858.69 ). SZXTY NZN~ CE~S
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
