CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF COLMA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of the agreement entitled "Agreement for
Communication Services, South San Francisco and Town of Colma,"
is hereby authorized, and
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
day of December , 19 76 , by the following vote:
