CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING UNIT I MODIFICATION
(DELETION OF CITY MANAGER POSITION) AS MADE
BY THE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 647.
that,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City.Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, the Municipal Employee Relations Officer consulted with the
Employee Representatives of Unit i regarding a modification of Unit 1
to delete the position of City Manager, and said representatives waived
Notice of Modification as provided in Ordinance No. 647, and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Employee Relations Officer has transmitted his
findings and recommendations regarding the deleting of the City Manager
position from Unit I to the City Council, which have been duly considered
by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The City Council does hereby approve the modification of Unit 1
by deleting therefrom the position of City Manager.
2. The City Council authorizes that the modification be accomplished
by striking a line through the words "City Manager" on the face of page 1
of Exhibit A to Resolution 23-75 adopted February 19, 1975, and the
making of a reference note at the bottom of said page stating that the
deletion was made in accordance with Resolution No. 171-76 adopted the
15th day of December , 1976.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 15th day of December ,
19 76 , by the following vote:

Damonte, Terry J. Mirri and Leo Padreddii
