HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 10-1977WJML:KIJ:v i-3-77-~o RESOLUTION NO. 10-77 A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco proposes to carry out the Gellert Boulevard Extension Project, consisting of the opening and improving of Gellert Boulevard from its present northerly terminus in the City of South San Francisco through un- incorporated territory in the County of San Mateo to King Drive in the City of Daly City and is, therefore, the lead agency for said project for environmental purposes; WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco proposes to form a special assessment district for the purpose of financing a sub- stantial portion of the project cost pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and to issue bonds pursuant to the Im- provement Bond Act of 1915; WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has completed an environmental impact report (EIR) for said project in compliance with the California Environmental ~Quality Act and the state guide- lines, such completion has been duly certified by the City Planning. Officer, said EIR has been submitted to this Council for its review and consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this Council hereby certifies that it has reviewed and considered all of the informa- tion contained in said EIR and is fully informed in the premises. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu- larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of January , 1977, by the following vote: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, COUNCILMEMBERS None COUNCILMEMBERS Richard A.
