HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 12-1977No. 12-77 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION COMMENDIi~G THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMERICAN BICENTENNIAL OBSERVANCE COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco shares with the people of this community a deep pride in the accomplishments of the South San Francisco American Bicentennial Observance Committee, and appreciation for the imaginative and dedicated manner in which the members conducted the observance activities, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to commend each member of the Committee therefor, and permanently record in the records of the City this expression of commendation and appreciation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that this Council commends the South San Francisco American Bicentennial Observance Committee for contributing to the welfare of this City and nation by the manner in which it conducted the observance activities, and does by this Resolution permanently record in the City records this expression of commendation and appreciation, and does further order that a presentation copy of this Resolu- tion be made to the following: Wallace Pettigrew, Chairman William Borba, Councilman Terry J.
