A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK SOFTBALL
BLEACHERS
that'
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 11tn day of
Januar~ , 1977, for
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK SOFTBALL BLEACHERS
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:~,
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract, to
the lowest responsible bidder, '~ '~
Beatt~ Scaffold & Equipment. Inc.
Brisbane, California
for the bid price of TEN THOUSAND AND EIGHT HUNDRED AND THREE DOLLARS
($ o, o .oo ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
