CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INDENTURE FOR THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANS-
PORTATION COMPANY FOR A STREET AND HIGH-
WAY EASEMENT--MILE POST E-10.87-C-X(N).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The City Council hereby accepts and authorizes execution of a
street and highway easement between the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company, a Delaware Corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, referred'to as Mile Post E-10.87-C-X(N).
2. The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute said indenture
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is author-
ized to record or cause recordation thereof in the Official Records of the
County of San Mateo, with the consent of Grantor.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of February ,
19 77, by the fo]lowing vote:
