CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING REVIEW AND CON-
SIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT -
NORTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM UNIT WASTEWATER
· TREATMENT FACILITIES UPGRADING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has completed an
environmental impact report (EIR) for North Bayside System Unit
Wastewater Treatment Facilities Upgrading in compliance with the
California Environmental Quality Act and the State guidelines,
which completion has been duly certified by the Planning Commis-
sion, and said EIR has been submitted to this Council for its
review and consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this Council hereby cer-
tifies that it has reviewed and considered the Final EIR for the
North Bayside System Unit Wastewater Treatment Facilities Upgrading
as certified by the Planning Commission.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 16th
day of February, 1977 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, William A. Borba, Emanuele N.
Damonte, Terry J. Mirri and Leo Padreddii
