HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 34-1977RESOLUTION NO. 34-77 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP, CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. l-A, STONEGATE RIDGE, AND AUTHORIZING ACTS RELATED THERETO. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. The final map entitled "Map of Condominium Project No. l-A, Stonegate Ridge," dated August, 1976, consisting of three sheets, drawing No. 910-010, prepared by Murray-McCormick, Inc., Consulting Civil Engineers, is hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to accept delivery and record or cause recordation of the deed from Maan Investment Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to the City of South San Francisco, for Parcel "B" Common Green, containing 0.076 Ac., and PCL "C" Common Green, containing 0.055 Ac., as shown on said final map, a copy of the deed for which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, said acceptance and recorda- tion to occur immediately after the recordation of the final map, the condition of title to be free and clear of all liens, taxes and encum- brances except those accepted by City, said condition of title to be assured by a standard title insurance policy in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), provided at the cost and expense of the Grantor. 3. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Subdivision Improvements and Com- mon Greens, Condominium Project No. l-A, Stonegate Ridge, Ptn. Lot 1, Blk. 3 'Stonegate Ridge Unit No. 1'" is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and IIIIIIII I1111 III II City Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded concur- rently with the recordation of the final map. 4. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary and execute other documents and do any other acts necessary to carry out the provisions of this Resolution. I hereby certivy that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6tn day of Apr;1 , 1977, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
