CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR
FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT OF 1950 (P.L. 920, 81ST CONGRESS).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the following-named individuals are hereby author-
ized to execute for and in behalf of the City of South San Francisco,
a public entity established under the laws of the State of California,
application and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assist-
ance under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended (Public
Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297).
