CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING (1) PARCEL MAP, DIVISION
OF PARCEL B OF DIVISION OF WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK
UNIT NO. 3; (2) FINAL MAP OF WESTBOROUGH-WEST
PARK UNIT NO. 3F; AND (3) AUTHORIZING ACTS
RELATED THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The following maps are hereby approved and the dedications thereby made
are accepted:
1.1 Parcel Map, Division of Parcel B of Division of Westborough-West
Park Unit No. 3 (Volume 7 of Parcel Maps, Page 26), South San
Francisco, California, dated December, 1976, prepared by Theodore
V. Tronoff, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, Drawing No. 52-5880.
1.2 Final Map, Westborough-West Park Unit No. 3F, South San Francisco
San Mateo County, California, A Subdivision of Parcels B-1 and B-2
of a Map Entitled "Parcel Map" Division of Parcel B, Westborough-
West Park Unit No. 3, South San Francisco, California, prepared by
Theodore V. Tronoff, Civil Engineer, Drawing No. 52-5880.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept delivery and
record or cause recordation of the Deed from Gemini Developers, Inc., a
corporation, to the City of South San Francisco for Lots 174 and 175,
Block 16, Westborough-West Park Unit No. 3F, a copy of the Deed for
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, said acceptance and recordation
to occur immediately after the recordation of the Final Map, the condi-
tion of title to be free and clear of all liens, taxes and encumbrances

except those accepted by City, said condition of title to be assured by a
standard title insurance policy in the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000), provided at the cost and expense of the Grantor.
3. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Subdivision Improvements and Common
Greens, Westborough-West Park Unit No. 3F" is hereby authorized and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and
City Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded concur-
rently with the recordation of the Final Map.
4. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to
issue escrow instructions if necessary and execute other documents and
do any other acts necessary to carry out the provisions of this Resolu-
tion, including in said instructions the requirement that the Parcel Map
described in Paragraph I of this Resolution be recorded prior to the
Final Map for Westborough-West Park Unit No. 3F.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of Ma~ ,
