HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 62-1977RESOLUTION NO. 62-77 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AND PROCEDURES FOR A CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON HCDA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that a Citizens Advisory Committee on HCDA be established accord- lng to the following parameters. A. Composition of the Committee Five residents of South San Francisco with at least · one a resident of the program target area. B. Functions of the Committee are: 1.. to serve as an avenue for interested citizens to participate in planning and monit6ring HCDA'progrmms within the City; -'-"'.-. - 2. to report from time to time to the City Council on progress of the HCDA programs and on .recommended program changes; 3. to participate in the County Loan Committee for rehabilitation loans by' selecting one or more representatives for the Loan Committee. C. Meetings, term of office Members of the Committee shall be chosen for one year : terms. Meetings will be held on a regular, open basis at °a time and place decided by the Committee. 'Persons vrill be dropped from membership on absence from three regularly scheduled meetings of the Committee. D. Selection Procedure The City Council will select three members from a list Resolution No. 62-??' Page 2 submitted by the Information and Referral Center. One member will be selected by the Planning Commission and one member will be selected by the Parks and Recreation Commission. Vacancies will be filled in' the same manner as the origfnal selection. I herebY certify that the foregoing Resolution was re§ulary introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of May. ]9 77 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
