RESOLUTION NO. 72-77
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE OF THE
HUMANE SHELTER TO PETAXIINC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of a lease with Petaxi Inc. for the South San Francisco
Humane Shelter structure is hereby authorized.
2. The ¢~'t~ Manager is authorized to execute said lease on behalf
of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of June
1977, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, William A. Borba, Emanuele N.
Damonte, Terr~ J. MIrri and Leo Padreddii
