SUCCESSOR AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS
SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
A RESOLUTON ADOPTING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR THE
FIRST SIX MONTHS OF FISCAL YEAR 2012 -13
WHEREAS, the proposed operating budget for the Successor Agency to the former
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco for the first six months of fiscal year
2012 -13 is attached hereto; and;
WHEREAS, the proposed operating budget is consistent with the Recognized Obligation
Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period July through December, 2012, approved by Resolutions
adopted by the Successor Agency on April 25, 2012 and by the Oversight Board on May 8, 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, acting in its
capacity as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco, does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Operating Budget for the first six months of fiscal year 2012 -13 is hereby
approved, and hereby appropriates the fund set forth therein.
2. The City Manager and Assistant City Manager are authorized to execute contracts and
agreements for the items listed on the July- December 2012 ROPS, as approved by the
Oversight Board, in up to the amounts specified on the approved ROPS for such
items, unless specifically directed otherwise by the Board.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 27 day of June,
2012 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego, Karyl Matsumoto, and Kevin Mullin,
Vice Mayor Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
