CITY COUNCIL,' CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT DEED
FROM TRIPLE-SEVEN PROPERTIES,INC. (ELECTRIC LIGHT
STANDARD, 230 SOUTH SPRUCE AVENUE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The Corporation Grant Deed dated May 9, 1977, from Triple-
Seven Properties, Inc. to the City of South San Francisco, is hereby
accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
thereof in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a ~eqular ~ meeting held on the 1st
