A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CORPORATON GRANT
DEED FROM NATIONWIDE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, INC..-FOR A-TEN FOOT-SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT.' (BENNETT &'~KAHNWEILER, SUBDIVISION)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that'
1.The non-exclusive easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a
strip of land ten feet (10') in width, described in that certain Corpora-
tion Grant Deed executed by Nationwide Property Development Company,.Inc. on
May 16, 1977, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Corporation Grant Deed in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a reqular meeting held on the 15th day of June ,
1977, by the fo]lowing vote:
