CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF
SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO FOR THE.-SOUTH-AIRPORT BOULE-
VARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that'
1. Execution of the Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco, a general law city of the County of San Mateo, and the County
of San Mateo, providing for the South Airport Boulevard Improvement
Project, is hereby authorized.
2. The ~ayor is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the l5th day
of June , 1977, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, William A. Borba, Emanuele N.
