2.2 Fire and Police Department Members of Unit 1. In accordance
with the memorandum of understanding for Unit I accepted and
approved on June 30, 1975, by Resolution No. 85-75, as amended,
the Fire and Police Department members of Unit I on June 24,

Said adjustment is one of the factors to be used in computing

is an actuarial evaluation to be prepared by PERS which is
not verified as of this date. Therefore, payment of all or
any portion of the said accrued adjustment shall be deferred
until the new base salary is computed and established for fis-

one of the factors to be used in computing a new base salary for fiscal year

puting a new base salary for fiscal year 1977-78. The other factor is an
actuarial evaluation to be prepared by PERS which is not verified as of this
date. Therefore, payment of all or any portion of the said accrued adjust-
ment shall be deferred Until the new base salary is computed and established
for fiscal year 1977-78. If the new base salaries are not computed and
established within ninety (90) days from the date of this resolution, then
