A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE EMPLOYMENT OF FINANCIAL CONSULTANT FOR
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FINANCING
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Com-
munity Redevelopment Law (Part 1, commencing with Section 33000 of
Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California
the.~ty Council of the City of South San Francisco being the legis-
ative body of the City of South San Francisco, by Ordinance No. 867-81
adopted June 10, 1981 approved the GATEWAY ~DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
(hereinafter "Project") in an area (hereinafter "Project Area") located
in the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that it will be necessary
to employ financial consultants in connection with Redevelopment Agency
financing for the Project and to offer consultation in accordance
thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. That th~ firm of BARTLE WELLS ASSOCIATES be and is hereby
retained to act as financial consultants to this Redevelopment Agency
in connection with the Redevelopment Project upon the terms and con-
ditions as set forth in the BARTLE WELLS ASSOCIATES proposal dated
November 18, 1981 filed with the Redevelopment Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of South San Francisco on this ]6th day of
