A RESOLUTION OF AWARD 'OF CONTRACT
FOR 1977-78 WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM,
PROJECT ST-77-3

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City' of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2ora day of'
Jb~le , 197~7, for
1977-78 WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM,PROJECT ST-77-3;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, -
Chemical Weed & 'Pest Control
Redwood City, CA
for the bid price of THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED AND SIX DOLLARS
($ .s, o6.oo ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
