CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP, ACCEPT-
ING DEDICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
(HASKINS TIDELAND PROPERTIES).
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval of Parcel Map. The map entitled "Parcel Map (Being A
Resubdivision of the Lands of Arthur S. Haskins, Jr., As Described in
Volume 5372 O.R. Page 339 and in Volume 71410.R. Page 390)" prepared by
Hans R. Mulberg, Inc., Civil Engineer, dated June 1977, is hereby approved.
2. City Engineer's Certificate. The City Engineer shall defer execu-
tion of the Engineer's Certificate until the soils report reference is set
forth on said map.
3. Acceptance of Dedications. The dedications to public use of Haskins
Way as shown on said Parcel Map and the easements designated as storm drain
easements as shown on said map are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the City Clerk's acceptance therefor.
4. Execution of Agreement. Execution of the agreement entitled
"Agreement, Resubdivision of the Lands of Arthur S. Haskins, Jr.," by the
Maynr is hereby authorized and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest said signature and record or cause recordation of said agreement
in the Official Records of San Mateo County.
5. Escrow Instructions. The City Clerk is authorized to deposit in
escrow said Parcel Map and the Agreement, Resubdivision of Lands of Arthur S.
Haskins, Jr., with instructions to record same after Arthur S. Haskins, Jr.,
executes and records Declaration of Covenants To Run with the Land Related
To Maintenance of Fill and Perimeter Dike (Haskins Tideland Properties).

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of Julg
