CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A HIGHWAY EASEMENT
DEED FROM CHEVRON U.S..A. INC. (CORNER OF
EL CAMINO REAL AND ORANGE AVENUE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The Highway Easement Deed dated April 22, 1977, to the City
of South San Francisco from Chevron U.S.A., Inc., is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
thereof in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the~City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 20~h 4ay of
July , 1977, by the following vote:
