RESOLUTION NO. · 209 -77
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
$1,100,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF '1977
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention NO. 33-77,
adopted by said Council on April 6, 1977, and its Resolution
calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted
on July 20, 1977, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for
consideration of the bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, said bids having heretofore been received and publicly
opened, examined and declared;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered
Paine, Webber, Jackson, & Curtis, Inc.
sold to Kidder· Peabody and Co. Inc.
· , as the highest
San ~'rancisco securmties, inc.
responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the
terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds
and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have said
bonds printed, and that the same be immediately executed and
delivered to said bidder on receipt of the purchase price
therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained
in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate or rates of said bonds be fixed
at the rate or rates stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introdUced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
3rd day of August , 1977, by the following vote:
