CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1977-78
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 396, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 396, as amended, sewer rentals
and charges are required to be assessed on the City tax rolls and col-
lected with the regular municipal taxes; and
WHEREAS, the written report charging each parcel with the sewer
rentals and charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk and required
published notices of hearing on said reports have been made; and
WHEREAS, hearing was duly held on the 3rd day of August,1977,
at 7:30 p.m. by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco in
regular session, and protest has not been made by owners of a majority
of the separate parcels of property described in said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The"Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1977-78 in Accordance

with Ordinance No. 396, as Amended,"which charges each parcel of real
property receivi~ng directly the benefits of the municipal sanitary sewer
services for fiscal year 1977-78, is hereby approved.
2. The sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk con-
tained in the "Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1977-78 in Accordance
with Ordinance No. 396, as Amended," and submitted by the Finance Depart-
ment on July 1, 1977, are hereby adopted and said rentals and charges
as so revised shall be assessed on the City taxrolls and collected with
the regular municipal taxes, and said rentals and charges as so revised
shall, as set forth in Ordinance No. 396, as amended, constitute a
lien upon the respective parcels of real property in the City of South
San Franci nco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy
of this Resolution to be published within fifteen (15) days after pas-
sage in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of gen-

eral circulation published in the City of South San Francisco, and shall
further certify to the County Tax Collector or Auditor that the report
was adopted by the Council, said certification to be substantially in
the form set forth on the said report.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City COuncil of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the srd day of
Augsut , 1977, by the following vote'
