CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFOKNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1977- 78.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Fmancisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the mate of taxes for

the fiscal year 1977- 78 at ONE DOLLAR
($ 1.00 ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed .value of all property enumerated and assessed as
being in the City including real, personal, mixed and other
property of whatever nature taxable by said City.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax 'rate of
ONE DOLLAR ($ 1. O0 ) per One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the propemty
enumerated and assessed as being in said City, including
real~ personal, mixed and other pmoperty of whatever nature
taxable by said City.

3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an ad3ourned reqular
meeting held on the 24th day of August ,
