A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1977. - Z8~ -
STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS A~D PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FPancisco that:
1. The Council does hePeby fix the Pate of taxes, for
the fiscal year 1977 - 78, fop the STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at ONE DOLLAR AND EIGHTY-EIGHT CENTS
($ 1.88 ) upon each One HundPed DollaPs ($100.00)

of assessed value of' all real property in said District.
2. The City ClePk shall forward a certified copy of
This Resolution To .The County Auditor so that he may compute
and enteP in The assessment book the tax Pate of ONE DOLLAR
AND EIGHTY-EIGHT CENTS ( $ 1.88 ) pep One
HundPed DollaPs ($100.00) assessed value on the proper~y
enumerated 'and assessed as being in said STONEGATE RIDGE ?ARIES
AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
