A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 19 77_ 78 _ WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED .by the City Council of the City of South
San Fmancisco that:
1. The Council does hemeby fix the rate of .taxes for
the fi§cal yea~ 19'77-78 for the WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at. ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS
($ 1.25 ) upon each One Hundred DollaPs ($100.00) of
assessed value of all meal pmopemty in said district,
2, The City Clerk shall fomwaPd a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor So that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of ONE DOLLAR
AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS ($ 1.25 ) per One Hundred Dollams
($100,00) assessed value on the pmoperty enumemated and
assessed as being in said WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAIN-
TENANCE DISTRICT.
3, The taxes so levied shall be collected as' provided
by law,

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 24th day of August ~
19 77 , by the following vote:
