A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1977 - 78 -
WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 'of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix 'the rate of taxes
the fiscal year 1977 - 78 for the WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at TWO DOLLARS AND FIVE CENTS
($ 2.05 ) upon each One Hundred DollaPs ($100.00)
of assessed' value ~f all meal propePty in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a cePtified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the ~assessment 'book The· tax rate Of'TWO DOLLARS AND
FIVE CENTS ( $ 2.05 ) pet One
Hundred Dollars '($100.00) assessed value on the property
enumerated and assessed as being in said WILLOW GARDENS PARKS
AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT..
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 24th day of August ,
