CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT -
PRISM PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of the following-described agreement is author-
ized: "Joint Powers Agreement, PRISM Project."
2. The Ma~or is authorized to execute

said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a n ad_iourned reqular meeting held this
24th day of Auqust , 1977, by the following vote:
