A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
JOF CROShRIOI - SUNSFT AVFNUF RIGHT-OF-WAY
that;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Acceptance. The Grant Deed dated June 20, 1977 , executed
Joe Crosariol , conveying the parcel or
parcels therein described 'to the City of South Sa.n Francisco, a descrip-
tion of which .is/are attached hereto as Exhibit /% is hereby accepted,
said parcel or parcels to be used for street and highway purposes.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized ~to record or cause
recordation of said Grant' Deed in the offiCial records of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a~ adjourned regular meeting held this 24th day of
