.CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH 'SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
STONEGATE RIDGE PROPERTIES, INC., A LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, AND E. G. COOPMAN 'SUNSET AVENUE
RIGHT OF WAY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Acceptance. The Grant Deed dated June 20, 1977 , executed
S'toneg.ate Ridge Properties, Inc., a
by limited partnership and-E. G. Coopman , conveying the parcel or
parcels therein described to the City of South San Francisco, a descrip-
'tion of which .is/are attached hereto' as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted,
said parcel or parcels to be used for street and highway purposes.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation' of said Grant' Deed in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco

at an adjourned regular meeting held this 24th day of
