Acceptance. The Grant Deed dated Auqust 1, 1977 , executed by C, lifornia~Water Service Company b, conveying the parcel or parcels therein described to the City of South San Francisco, a descrip- tion of which .is/are attached hereto' as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted, said parcel or parcels to be used for street and highway purposes. 2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said Grant Deed in the official records of the County of · San Mateo.
