RESOLUTION NO . 138 -77
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5647 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER AND ATTORNEYS"
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that Section 1 of the Resolution cited
in the title, adopted by this Council on September 7, 1971, as
subsequently amended, is further amended to substitute Ronald T.
Calhoun of Wilsey & Ham, or his authorized agent, as the person
designated in place of Norman B. Hansen to make and sign any
certificate or document required to be made or signed by the
Engineer of Work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
adjourned
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 24th day of
August
