CITY' COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED TO RONALD
S, GRONDONA AND MARY A, GRONDONA, HIS
WIFE (10' PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY BETWEEN
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 1, WESTVIEW TERRACE),
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Council having previously by Resolution 60-77 passed May 18, 1977,
ordered the vacation of a public service easement, same being a 10' pedestrian path-
way between Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, Westview Terrace, does hereby
1. Authorize execution of a corporation quitclaim deed whereby the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, remises, releases and quitclaims
to Ronald S. Grondona and Mary A. Grondona, his wife, all of its interest in the
parcel of property described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
2. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are authorized to execute said quit-
claim on behalf of the City and City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recorda-
tion of said quitclaim deed in the official records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an
