CITY' COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A'RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A QUITCLAIM DEED TO PETER STATHAKOPOULOS
AND NANCY STATHAKOPOULOS, HIS WIFE, AS
JOINT TENANTS (A 10' PEDESTRIAN WAY
BETWEEN LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 34, WINSTON
MANOR NO, 3)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Council, having previously, by Resolution No. 59-77, passed May 18,
1977, ordered the vacatiOn of a public service easement, same being a 10'
pedestrian pathway between Lots 6 and 7, Block 34, Winston Manor No. 3,
does hereby
1. Authorize execution of a quitclaim deed whereby the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, remises, releases and quitclaims
to Peter StathakopoulOs and Nancy Stathakopoulos, his wife, as joint ten-
ants, all of its interest in the parcel of property described as a 10'
pedestrian way lying between Lots 6 and 7, Block 34 of that certain sub-
division map entitled "Winston Manor No. 3, South San Francisco, San Mateo
·
County, California," dated July 1952, recorded September 15, 1952, in
Volume 35 of Maps, Pages 39 and 40, Records of San Mateo County, California.
2 The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are authorized to execute said quit-
claim on behalf of the City and City Clerk is authorized to record or
cause recordation of said quitclaim deed in the official records of San
Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
adjourned regular meeting held on the 24th day Of August
1977, bY the following vote'
