CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUB-
DIVISION MAP - STONEGATE FOURPLEXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that'
1. The Final Map entitled "Stonegate Fourplexes, A Division: of a Portion
of Lot 3, Block 1 and Lot 3, Block 2 'Map of Stonegate Ridge Unit No.
1' RecOrded in Book 64 of Maps at Pages 36-38, San Mateo County Records,
City of South San Francisco, California," dated May 1977, is hereby
approved and the dediCation of a sanitary sewer easement is accepted.
2. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Subdivision Improvements, Stone-
gate Fourplexes," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently with the recorda-
tion of the Final Map and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions Affecting the Real Property (Stonegate Fourplexes), A
Division of Lot 3, Block i and Lot 3, Block 2, Map of Stonegate Ridge
Unit No. 1,'Recorded in Book 64 of Maps at Pages 36-38, San Mateo County

Records, City of South San Francisco, California, upon approval of said
declarations by the Division of Real Estate of the State of California.
3. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to
issue escrow instructions if necessary and execute other documents and
do any other acts necessary to carry out the provisions of this Resolu-
tion.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of September ,
19 77 , by the following vote:
