CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION, OWNERSHIP,
OPERATION AND USE OF WASTEWATER FACILITIES
IPROJECTS ~C-06-!23.5 AND C-06,1~267)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Exec,ution of the Jpint Powers Agreement.
Execution of the Joint Powers Agreement entitled' "A Joint
Powers Agreement for Construction, Ownership, Operation and Use of Waste-
water Facilities (Projects C-06-1235 and C-06-1267)" between the Cities
of South San Francisco, San Bruno, Burlingame, Millbrae and the City and
County of San Francisco acting by and through its Airports Commission,
is hereby authorized'
2. Si~qnatures.
The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council. of the City of South San
Francisco at a special. . meeting held on the 12th day of September ,
1977, by the fo]lowing vote:
