A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 6130 AND RESOLUTION NO. 154-75
RELATED TO AUTHORIZED CITY REPRESEN-
TATIVES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SURPLUS
PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the following resolutions are hereby rescinded:
1. Resolution No. 6130, adopted July 9, 1973, entitled "A Resolution
Authorizing City Representatives to Sign for and Accept Surplus
Property on Terms and Conditions Stated."
2. Resolution No. 154-75, adopted October 15, 1975, entitled "A
Resolution Amending Resolution No. 6130 Adopted July 9, 1973,
Entitled 'A Resolution Authorizing City Representatives to Sign
for and Accept Surplus Property.on'Terms and Conditions Stated.'"
I hereby certifY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
