CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING REVENUE SHARING
FUND ALLOCATIONS FOR FISCAL'YEAR 1977, 78
WHEREAS, the City Manager conducted a public hearing on May 11,
1977, concerning the proposed use of revenue sharing funds, including
allocations for human services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conductedapublic hearing on July 18,
1977, concerning the proposed use of revenue sharing funds, including
allocations for human services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted three addi~tional meetings
wherein the use of revenue sharing funds, including allocatbns for
human services, was discussed; and
' WHEREAS, the City Council adopted an annual operating budget on
August 24, 1977, which allocated revenue sharing funds to co~nunity based
human service activities, and other programs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that revenue sharing funds having been allocated for
fiscal~year lg77-78 in accordance with the annual operating budget
adopted August 24, 1977, which included the allocations for human services
for said fiscal year, no further revenue sharing funds shall be considered
for human service programs during said fiscal year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqmlar
meeting held on the 21~t day of September ,
