RESOLUTION NO. 1~1 -77
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
STONEGATE DRIVE IN STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SOUTH ACCESS ROAD (SUNSET AVENUE)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, California as follows'
1. That said Council did on the. 24th day of August ,
1977, adopt ResolUtion No. 137 -77, A ResolUtion of Intention
to Vacate a Portion of Stonegate DriVe in. Stonegate Ridge Unit
No. 1, wherein the Council expressed its intention to Order the
facation of the portion of said street more particularly described
in Exhibit A hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof.
2. That said resolution recited that said proceedings
were being undertaken under and pursuant to Division 9, Part 3,
Chapter 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali-
fornia, and did further determine and declare that in the opinion
of said Council the public 'interest. and Convenience required such
vacation;
3. That notices of the passage of said resolution en-
titled "Notice of Proposed Street Vacation," were duly posted
in the time, manner and form provided by law, all as appears from
the affidavit of posting on file in the office of the Clerk of
said City;
4. That Wednesday, 'the 21st day of September, 1977, at
7'30 p.m., in the regular meeting place of said Council, West
Orange Avenue Library (in the room referred to as the Auditorium),

840 West Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, California, are
hereby fixed as the time and place when and where any and all
persons interested in, or objecting to, said proposed vacation
might appear before said Council and show cause why the Council
should not order said vacation in accordance with said resolu-
tion and the law in the premises;
5. That said hearing was duly held at the time and in
the place stated in paragraph 4 hereof;
6. That 'all interested persons were heard and no
objections were made or filed against said proposed vacation;
7. That said portion of said street described in Exhibit
"A" is unnecessary for public street purposes;
8. That the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco
shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo
pursuant to the provisions of Section 8324 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the. State of California.

Beginning at a point on the southerly line o£ Stonegate Drive
as shown on that certain map entitled "$tonegate Ridge Unit
No. 1" recorded March 25, 1966 in Volume 64. of Maps at pages
36, 37 & 38, San Mateo County Records, said point being the
easterly terminus of that certain course shown as "N73"15'32"
W 15.40'" on said map and running thence from said point of
beginning along said southerly line, being a tangent curve 'to
the right, having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central
angle of 75031'.00TM, an arc length of 26.36 feet to the inter-
section with tF, e southerly boundary line of said Stonegate
Ridge No. 1; thence along last said soutkerly line South 73°
15'32" East 57.27 feet to the intersection .with the southerly
line of said Stonegate Drive; thence along last said southerly
line, being a curve to the right whose center bears South 58°
46' 32" East, having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central
angle of 75°31'00'', an arc length of 26.36 feet; thence 'leaving
said southerly line of Stonegate Drive North 73015'32" West
96.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.023 acres, more or less.
