RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 1;ca_ day of
Se~teml~er , 19 77, for
1977-78 Seal Coating Program - Project No. ST-77-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all Of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Grami~e Rock Co~., Re.mood Cit~
for the bid price

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.'affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
