A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1977-78 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM -
PROJECT NO. ST-77-2
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 1scm day of
sep~r , 1977, for
1977-78 Street Resurfacing Program - Project No. ST-77-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
for the bid price of One hundred and thirteen thousand, three hundred and fortg
($ 115,342.50 ). ts~ dollars and fift~ cents.
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
