A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1977-78 COLMA CREEK TRIBUTARIES
DREDGING PLAN
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 1.2t.h. day of
Septembex , 1977, for
1977-78 Colma Creek Tributaries Dredging Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, A.r~..z,.. ",Bumm" E~ktns, South Sa~ rra..-'~$co,
for the bid price of Tea thou~d dolaaz~

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and_affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
