CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUB-
DIVISION MAP - STONEGATE FOURPLEXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The Final Map entitled "Stonegate Fourplexes, A Division of a Portion
of Lot 3, Block I and Lot 3, Block 2 'Map of Stonegate Ridge Unit No.
1' Recorded in Book 64 of Maps at Pages 36-38, San Mateo County Records,
City of South San Francisco, California," dated May 1977, is hereby
approved and the dedication of a sanitary sewer easement is accepted.
2. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Subdivision Improvements, Stone-
gate Fourplexes," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently with the recorda-
tion of the Final Map.
3. Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions affecting the real property
which is the subject of this subdivision, as approved by the Division of
Real Estate of the State of California, shall be submitted to the City
Planner for review and approval prior to recordation. No unit or other
interest in the subdivision shall be sold until said Declarationsof
Covenants and Restrictions are recorded in the Official Records of the
County of San Mateo and no building pemit shall be issued until same
are recorded.
4. Resolution No. 149-77, adopted the 7th day of September, 1977, entitled
"A Resolution Approving the Final Subdivision Map - Stonegate Fourplexes,"
is hereby rescinded.
