CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP (BEING
A RESUBDIVISION OF. PARCEL 1 AS SHOWN ON PAR-
CEL MAP RECORDED IN VOLUME 38 OF PARCEL MAPS
AT PAGES 27, 28 AND 29, RECORDS OF SAN
MATEO COUNTY) AND RELATED MATTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The Parcel Map entitled "Parcel Map (Being a Resubdi vi si on of
Parcel I as Shown on Parcel Map Recorded in Volume 38 of Parcel Maps,
Pages 27, 28 and 29, Records of San Mateo County) dated September, 1977,
prepared by William Wright, Surveyor, 1539 Bayshore Highway, Burlingame,
Ca." is hereby approved and the dedication of Michele Court for street and
highway purposes as shown upon said map within said subdivision is hereby
accepted.
2. Execution of the Subdivision Agreement for the Parcel Map above
described is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
map on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Parcel Map concurrently with said Subdivision Agreement in the records
of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
