RESOLUTION NO. 36
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AWARDING THE SALE OF NOTES
1982 TAX ALLOCATION NOTES
RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to its Resolution No. 31 entitled "A Resolution of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco Authorizing the Issuance of
$6,500,000 Principal Amount of Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco Gateway Redevelopment Project 1982 Tax Allocation Notes" adopted April
21, 1982, as amended, and its Resolution No. 32 entitled "A Resolution Calling
for Bids for Bonds, Approving Notice of Sale of Bonds and Official Statement, and
Authorizing and Directing Certain Actions with Respect Thereto" adopted April 21,
1982, notice of sale of Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
1982 Tax Allocation Notes has been duly given; and
WHEREAS, on the date hereof bids for the sale of said notes were publicly
opened and examined and referred to this Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1.. That all written bids received for purchase of said notes excepting the
bid herein stated, be and they are hereby, rejected, and that said notes be, and
they are hereby ordered sold to Bear Stearns & Company and E. F. Hutton & Company as
the highest bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and
conditions set forth in the Official Notice of Sale of said notes and in said
accepted bid.
2. That the Secretary be, and he is hereby, directed to have said notes
printed, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said
bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions
contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said notes be, and the same is hereby fixed at
the rate stated in said bid.
