cITy COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
MAP FOR HILLSIDE TERRACE, AND AUTHORIZING
RELATED ACTS.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of.the City of South San Francisco
1. The final map entitled "Hillside Terrace, South San Francisco,
San Mateo County, California," comprising two sheets, prepared by James R.
Rowell, Civil Engineer, September 1977, is'hereby approved and the fol-
lowing dedications are hereby accepted:
1.1 Leo Circle, Damonte Court,.Randolph Avenue and'North Spruce
Avenue, as shown upon said subdivision map;
1.2 The easements designated "Public Utilities Easement," as
shown upon said subdivision map; and
1.3 The fire access easements to be used solely for fire pro-
tection purposes, as shown upon said map.
2. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Agreement, Subdivision Improve-
ments, Hillside Terrace," between the City of South San Francisco, a munici-
pal corporation, and Standard Building Co., Inc., a California corporation,
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is aUthorized to attest his
s i gnature thereto.
3. Execution of the Declaration regarding in lieu park fees of Eighteen
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-three Dollars ($18,~463) is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Declaration on behalf of the
City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.

4. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
the following concurrently: (1) the final map, (2) Subdivision Agreement,
and (3) the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions approved by the
City Planner.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City .Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the ;9th' day of October ,
1977, by the following vote:
