CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO
PAUL DAVID NOVICK TO OPERATE A
LIMOUSINE IN THE CITY' OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Permit. In accordance with Ordinance No. 251 a permit is hereby
granted to Paul David Novick to operate one limousine in the City
of South San Francisco, said limousine to be maintained within the
garage at 537 Rocca Avenue when not being used to transport pas-
sengers.
2. Ordinance Compliance. Permittee shall comply with applicable pro-
visions of Ordinance 251, California Vehicle Code and related laws
and regulations.
3. Insurance. Permittee shall maintain in force and effect liability
insurance with.at least the.following limits:
$ 5oo,ooo/~,ooo,ooo Bodily Injury
$ 5oo,ooo Property Damage
and file a certificate evidencing same with the City Clerk.
4. Home OccuPation Permit and Business License. Permittee shall obtain
a Home Occupation Permit from the City Planner and comply With the
terms thereof and pay to the Director of Finance the requi'red busi-
ness license tax.
5. Term and Revocation. The' permit shall be for a period of one
year~ and is subject to revocation for failure to comply with the
terms thereof.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19th day of October ~
