CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUIH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RIGHT OF WAY.FOR "C" STREET
WITHIN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that:

1. The grant of right of way by the Housing Authority of the .
City of South San Francisco, a public' corporation, to the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, set forth in a Grant of Right of
Way dated September 23~ 1977, is hereby accepted.
Z. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
of said Grant of'Right of Way in the official Records of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day Of October ,
1977, by the following vote:
